Note: Product purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions as specified in our purchase order forms and quotations. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and the terms on purchase order forms, the purchase order terms shall control for product sales.

5.2 Credit Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize The Electrode Store to obtain credit reports and assess creditworthiness. Principals signing purchase orders personally guarantee payment obligations under these terms.

5.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is typically required via credit card in advance of shipment unless other terms are expressly agreed in writing. We may assess collection costs and interest charges up to 1.5% per month on overdue amounts. Sales tax, shipping charges, and applicable duties are additional.

5.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is F.O.B. our facility in Buckley, WA. Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We maintain a purchase money security interest in products until full payment is received.

5.5 Software Licensing

Any software provided with or as part of DPNCheck products is licensed nonexclusively solely for use with or as part of such product. Software is not sold - only licensed for use with the specific product with which it is provided.

9.2 Return Policy

Standard returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Products may otherwise be returned only during the Express Warranty period if non-compliant with the Express Warranty. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us. Your sole remedy for warranty breach is our obligation to repair, replace, or refund as set forth in the Express Warranty.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, excluding its choice of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Washington State.
